<p class="normal">I provide AI-powered website creation, chatbot setup, and automation services. Scope and pricing are agreed upon before starting.</p>

<li>Monthly support plans are billed in advance </li>

<p class="normal">You fully own your website once payment is completed. I reserve the right to show completed work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.</p>

<li>Client-made changes after delivery</li>
